Green Nights at the Library
This event started in 2010 when the City of Morgantown emphasized green initiatives declaring 2010 the year of It's Easy Being Green. Since then several Green Nights have been held at the library. Each event focuses on a green topic such as Home Energy Audits, Energy Efficiency Improvements, Organic Gardening, and Green Design & Architecture. Local experts lead the discussion and showcase information materials the library has on the topic.
Sessions occur one Thursday night per month from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. and are located on the 1st floor of the library when space permits.
